Service Description
About Our Board and Train Program At Holly’s Pet Shoppe, we believe every dog deserves a well-rounded, confident, and obedient lifestyle. Our Board and Train program is a comprehensive 3-week immersive training experience where your dog lives and learns with one of our dedicated trainers. Throughout their stay, your dog will receive personalized basic obedience training in a safe, structured, and enriching environment. But we don’t stop there—our program goes beyond the basics by providing varied socialization opportunities that help your dog thrive in the real world. From interactions with kids, cats, birds, and livestock to public outings and grooming exposure, your dog will gain valuable confidence and manners in everyday scenarios. This training includes 3 one hour follow up visits - to be scheduled at the end of the training program, at the time of pick up. - Program Cost: $1000 - Note: Additional fees apply for specialized needs such as potty training, separation anxiety, or aggression-related behavior modifications. Whether you’re looking to lay a strong foundation or address specific behavioral challenges, our Board and Train program sets your dog up for lasting success—while giving you peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance of $925 must be paid in full by the program's end date. Payment may be made via approved methods, and all fees must be settled in order to receive final training notes, certificates (if applicable), and continued support. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy We understand that life happens and plans may need to change. Should you need to reschedule, we kindly request a minimum of 72 hours’ notice. Please note that rescheduling is limited to two instances per booking. If you must cancel your reservation entirely, the $75 deposit will be forfeited. For full cancellations, we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made with less than one week’s notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the total program cost. In the event of a no-show, a 25% no-show fee will be charged to the card on file. This ensures fairness to our trainers and allows us to manage scheduling efficiently for all clients.
